Inner Gifts is a free wishlist and gift coordination platform that allows users to create wishlists, join family or friend groups, and secretly reserve gifts to avoid duplicates.

3. Account Registration

You may sign in using your email address or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: sending spam, impersonating others, scraping data, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you add (wishlist items, profile info). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display your content to other users in your groups as part of normal Service functionality.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Gifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
